Implementation Coach

Certify is looking for an Implementation Coach to join our growing Customer Happiness Team. The Implementation Coach (IC) is responsible for implementing new clients on the Certify expense management software.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with 2 - 3 years’ experience administering CRM / database driven workflow products are preferred
  • Experience in project management is preferred
  • Work with new clients to manage the implementation process for our software. 
  • Be creative and proactive in developing new processes for managing and scaling our implementation cycles.   
  • Interact with our Account Management team to understand the client needs and requirements to insure a timely and complete implementation process.  
  • Become proficient with our product and translate client requirements to capabilities of Certify
  • Understand and manage evolving stakeholder expectations

Required Skills:

  • Detailed organizational skills are required to insure that client deliverables and time lines are met.
  • Great communication skills are required to insure all parties are kept abreast with the implementation process (both internally and externally).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other online CRM solutions is greatly preferred.
  • Experience using online web meeting presentation software (GoToMeeting / WebEx) is greatly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two to four years minimum of software implementation / customer service required. 
  • Team focused individual with an ability to act independently.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients and issues simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to get along with everyone and be a positive motivating presence in the organization.
