International Small Business Sales Representative

Certify is looking for energetic and driven individuals for our growing international sales team. You should be a high-energy and competitive individual with some technical aptitude, natural sales instincts, and business experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth on an international level by finding and engaging qualified prospects via phone and email 
  • Connect with and quickly develop relationships with key contacts and prospects 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion 
  • Responsible for the entire sales process including prospecting, appointment setting, presenting, follow up, and closing deals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Certify’s reporting, technology, competitors, and industry trends
  • Meeting sales quota on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience, including cold calling, presentation skills, and proven performance in closing deals
  • “Hunter” sales focus
  • Must be able to work 4AM-1PM EST Monday through Friday
  • The ability to translate customer need into solution requirements.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
